HOW IT WORKS

The Treatment Process:

Consultation

Contact our staff and tell us more about your story. Schedule a 15-minute phone call or video call.

Parent and Counselor Meeting

To begin your journey, we will first meet with the parent or counselor and discuss the child or teen’s struggles, frequency of events, and the history of the child, and do an intake questionnaire.

Child/teen and Counselor Meeting

Our staff will meet with the child or teen individually and complete an assessment.

Team Huddle

The counselor, parent, and child/teen meet to discuss observations and develop a treatment plan. This is developed as a team plan that will include the child and parents.

Start the Journey

The treatment plan will start. Depending on the individual needs, the child/teen will meet weekly or bi-weekly with the counselor. The parents will be required to attend one session a month and complete homework assignments at home.
